The R.E.A.L. Pathway Mentoring Program is an immersive, career exploration and mentoring initiative designed to expose youth to diverse, highimpact, and nontraditional career pathways. The program intentionally combines structured mentoring, professional engagement, and hands-on site visits to bridge the gap between aspiration and access. Participants engage in two 3-hour sessions per month, allowing for both personal development and career exploration. Each mentee will have an opportunity to be paired with a career-aligned mentor, ensuring sustained guidance and relationship-building beyond individual sessions.
